Reservation Policies
  • All paid bookings are non-refundable. An option of one time re-booking is allowed if it will be requested before 14 days prior to arrival date. A re-booking charge of PHP 2,500 will apply for second re-booking request.

Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur first night charge of your reservation.
  • For cancellation of booking, kindly call The Carmelence Reservation Team at GLOBE (+63 927 983 7214), SMART(+63 928 977 3175), LANDLINE (046) 889 3383. The Carmelence Reservations Hotline is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm GMT +8:00 Philippine Standard Time.
  • Reception is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm GMT +8:00 Philippine Standard Time only. For late check in and other special instructions, kindly contact the The Carmelence Lodge Team.

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in can be accommodated based on the availability of the room.

    • No Smoking Policy
    • The Carmelence Lodge operates a No Smoking Policy inside all bedrooms and bathrooms. However, smoking may be enjoyed in any open air/outdoor facility of the Hotel such as balconies, covered alfresco spaces and the like.

    Pet Policy
    • The Carmelence Lodge is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of the family. There will be a PHP 500.00 fee per pet per night for deep cleaning of the rooms. This fee will not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs.

    Noise Policy
    • Please observe quiet hours. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level in order not to disturb other guests. Quiet hours begin at 09:00 pm.
